How do I book?
You can submit the booking form on this website or telephone us or fax or email us.
Will you send confirmation?
Yes - as soon as you book we will send you an email which will have a Booking Confirmation.
This will give you full details of the workshop.
What sort of format is the seminar?
We use the “small groups” table format for the seminars, to encourage communication, group work and interactivity.
How many people attend?
The number of people on a seminar varies, but is 16 maximum.
Do we have to send the same people to all four (eight, twelve, etc) workshops?
No. As long as there are no more than 16 people per workshop the setup of each session is up to you.
Some people want to go to all the sessions; others prefer to mix’n’match – you can do what suits you best.
What happens if someone can’t attend the workshop last minute?
We suggest you have a “Standby list” for participants to attend last minute if required.
Do the workshops have to be on the same day of the week and at the same time each week?
No. You book the dates that suit you and we schedule them in advance at the time of booking.
Is there much interaction?
Yes! There is lots of interaction, feedback, group exercises and “doing it yourself”.
What do participants get to take away from the workshops?”
They get a handout and notes with key learning points.
Do you do in-house training?
Yes we do!
Some clients prefer us to train in house, whilst others prefer a hotel or other venue.
It’s up to you to decide and let us know.
What sort of venues do you use?
We usually use 4 star hotels or the clients in house training facility of one is available.
